Opportunities to invest in the second phase of residential development at Balmoral are now on offer. This comprises 85 detached houses on large plots and in a variety of designs. Prices start from $328,000, including luxury furniture and a private pool.

As an incentive, developer Feltrim Resorts is offering early buyers a guaranteed rental return for up to three years when they enter their property into the resort’s leaseback scheme, which includes personal use for the owner during off-peak weeks. All management will be on-site by the developer who has signed a contract with Virgin Holidays to send guests to Balmoral from Spring 2017 – a great endorsement of the resort!

Looking closer at the resort, facilities include a water park, kids splash playground, clubhouse with restaurant, gym, wedding pavilion, mini golf, a games room with the World’s Largest Pac Man game and an R9 soccer academy by Brazilian footballer Ronaldo. There will also be a lakeside beach.
