2022 was a positive year for the French property market. Travel finally recovered from the restrictions put in place as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and it’s now possible to travel to France from the UK without a Covid-19 test.

The France housing index increased to in the second quarter of 2022 from 128.6 to 130.78. This reflects residential property market prices which tells us that prices increased in the last year.
