I’ve already bought property in the EU – what will the impact be?

For now, absolutely no arrangements affecting those who live or own property in EU countries will change. The UK remains a member of the EU for at least two years after Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty has been invoked – and this will not happen until we have a new Prime Minister in place (at the earliest).  

What now for the British living in Spain?

Will Spain suffer as a result of the British vote? What will happen to property, healthcare and tourism for the current and future British living in Spain?   The world woke up to a new order on 24th June 2016.
